AARP Experience Corps in Greater New Haven is hosted by the Agency on Aging of South Central Connecticut, in partnership with the United Way of Greater New Haven, Hamden and New Haven Public Schools. The program serves students in grades K-3. Volunteer members work at the direction of the teacher to support student literacy, tutoring students two to three times a week either one-on-one or in small groups.
