About the Esther Haseltine Schiavone Cultural Fund
For the past eight years, the Esther Haseltine Schiavone Cultural fund has brought cultural events to the GCC community through providing presentations by authors, musicians, poets, playwrights, journalists, scientists and other celebrities.

The Esther Haseltine Schiavone Cultural Fund was established in 2006 through the Gateway Community College Foundation by Schiavone's daughter Jennifer Schiavone, in her mother's memory. The fund exists to enrich the cultural life of the college and the community it serves by bringing the arts and cultural programming to campus, most of which are free and open to the public.
