I was on the board for the Regional Workforce Alliance more than 15 years ago and President of the Board as well. I worked for Empower New Haven for 7 years where employment and training was a key component and money was invested as wisely as we could. Conncat is not the sole provider of economic opportunity in New Haven, but their existence is providing a catalytic impetus to what social and economic transformation looks like.
