CELEBRATING COMMUNITY
HEALING AND RESTORATION

August 15, 2013

Greetings to All:

We are writing to request you and/or your business to join us in sponsoring Celebrating Community Healing and Restoration (CCHR) events, a collaboration of Community and Faith Base Organizations, August 30-September 1, 2013 at Goffe Street Park.

The CCHR’s mission is to outreach   and engage the Greater New Haven community by sharing available and existing resources to parents, youth, families, and individuals in need of reentry, addiction, housing, spiritual guidance, mental health, and health/wellness services.  In addition, information will be made available concerning individuals, families, and youth recreational programs; educational/vocational programs/referrals; employment opportunities; and violence intervention/prevention awareness programs.

Throughout the event, we will be engaging in dialogues, which support the event’s focus of healing and restoration for the Greater New Haven community as well as encouraging greater opportunities of collaboration among various entities and programs.
