MAKE HERSTORY

What is history and what is herstory can be debated. Witness 150 years after the Gettysburg battle folks are still writing about which generals were responsible for winning and losing the epic American domestic and political massive bloodletting to arrest the cancer of slavery. Well slavery and it's descendants have in some circles escaped the charge of justice and guilt, but we live in the present day. Politics does not rule supreme but it is a foundational element of our circumstance of living. Choose wisely those of you who live in and are in a position to influence those who can vote in the upcoming New Haven elections. Let's not debate 150 years from now the effects of the outcome. Make your story clear, stake out your position and be ready to reconcile when the votes are tallied.
