Heidi Brooks
Heidi specializes in leadership and community development for individuals, organizations, and larger systems. Her experience includes executive coaching and leadership development in Fortune 500 companies, academic institutions, family firms, and nonprofit organizations. She is on the faculty at the Yale School of Management. When she is not with her family or on the tennis court, Heidi is usually engaged in building courageous leadership communities.

Erik Clemons
Erik is the founding CEO and President of the Connecticut Center for Arts and Technology, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating empowering arts-based educational environments for at-risk public school students and training programs for under and unemployed adults. He is deeply committed to demonstrating servant leadership with an acute focus on faith, community, and politics.

Karen Dubois-Walton
Karen is the Executive Director of the Housing Authority of the City of New Haven and is responsible for providing quality affordable housing opportunities for 13,000 low-income individuals.  A clinical psychologist by training, she is committed to building communities that support the development of their members and provide opportunities for everyone to thrive. 
William Graustein
William Graustein
Bill has co-led the Community Leadership Program since its creation in 2002.The focus of his work is developing communities that work inclusively to imagine their own future and to bring it to life. He is a recovering geophysicist who has lived in and bicycled around New Haven since 1972.
Barbara Tinney
Barbara Tinney
Barbara is the Executive Director of the New Haven Family Alliance, a family service organization deeply committed to social justice, economic equity, and strengthening families and communities. Barbara ascribes to the belief that communities working together can overcome any challenge. She is an adjunct faculty member in the department of Social Work at Southern Connecticut State University.
Fahd Vahidy
Fahd Vahidy
Fahd is a community practitioner who values spaces and opportunities for individuals to experience an authentic sense of belonging and personal growth. He serves on several nonprofit boards and is actively engaged in understanding the relationship between leadership, organizational culture, and community impact. He currently serves as an advisor to the Graustein Family.
