Save The Date for the Stowe Prize Big Tent Jubilee and Inspiring Action Forum
May 30, 2013 3 - 9:30 p.m.
On Thursday, May 30, we'll honor the 2013 Stowe Prize Winner, Michelle Alexander, for her book The New Jim Crow: Mass Incarceration in the Age of Colorblindness. The day kicks off with a 3 p.m. free public program, the Inspiring Action Forum, followed by the 5:30 p.m. Big Tent Jubilee on the lawn of the Stowe Center.
Proceeds from the Big Tent Jubilee support the Stowe Center's education programs. You can support the event by becoming a sponsor, placing an ad in the program book or buying tickets to the event.
