Of the three New Haven's ( the New Haven for Yale Town, the New Haven for the under 21 voter, and the New Haven for the rest of us, what do we want this city to look like actually look like, from an economic stratification and allocation standpoint , from a census standpoint and from a visual livable cities standpoint? Can we create a city where every human being living here can feel safe wherever they live? Can we create a city where the educational quality dispensed at Worthington Hooker is available everywhere and not just selectively?)
