I have over 20 years experience in fields ranging from economic development (analyzing and creating new markets, creating new businesses in the inner city, developing a new supermarket, devising and promoting regional strategies like smart growth), affordable housing development (rental and homeownership), community development (from grass-roots organizing to training re organizational management and political analysis, partnership and action), grants and investments (feasibility analyses for nonprofit programs, for-profit ventures and hybrids), philanthropic (social) ventures (creating and implementing strategies in the aforementioned areas plus the environment and the arts), and high net worth giving (helping individuals and families plan and set up advised or other types of permanent endowed funds and/or foundations for their special cause).
