The 2012 Science of Eliminating Health Disparities Summit is a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services scientific conference led by the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities at the National Institutes of Health, in partnership with several HHS agencies, offices and other federal government agencies listed below. The planning for this Summit was made possible by the many individuals from these various agencies who served on the Executive Committee, the Steering Committee, the Program Committee, the Strategic Partnerships Committee, the Points of Contacts Committee, the Communications Committee, the Budget and Logistics Committee, the Abstracts Review Committee, and the support of the Hill Group. In addition, the Summit organizers wish to acknowledge all the speakers and moderators for their participation.
