EMERGING LEADERS MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
The Emerging Leaders Mentorship Program (ELMP) for Black Males is a year-roundprogram that enrolls new members from Cabarrus, Gaston, Mecklenburg, and York counties between the ages of 13-15 years old each summer.
The ELMP has a proven track record of enhancing the lives of its members by teaching Christian values, Black History Appreciation, and by providing consistent and reliable mentorship services.
VISION STATEMENT
Prepare black male youth to be leaders in their homes, schools, communities, and future professions.
MISSION STATEMENT
Provide a proactive and holistic approach to addressing the mental, physical, and spiritual needs unique to black male youth.
