Through the Health Justice CT Challenge, we have received so many innovative and inspiring project ideas, each shining light on the health issues we face in Connecticut and more importantly, the solutions that would address these problems. From these entries, 5 finalists have been chosen.
Vote for your favorite video that provides an innovative solution to address health disparities in Connecticut. The winner will receive a $10,000 prize to support their proposed program. Voting ends on Friday, March 16, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
