As part of our Valentine's Day celebration, Neighborhood Housing Services of New Haven is hosting a number of events to which everyone reading this issue of our e-newsletter is invited. Our ribbon-cutting ceremony at 328 Edgewood Avenue will be at noon on Tuesday, and we will have open houses at 678 Winchester Avenue and 35 Stevens Street from 3 - 5 p.m. that same afternoon. Both 328 Edgewood Avenue and 678 Winchester Avenue are in historic districts and each has been restored to historic standards. 35 Stevens Street is located on a block targeted by NHS for rehabilitation and homeownership and is very attractively priced.
