This level of commitment is complex and dependent on our ability to understand the role race/ethnicity and culture play in resolving conflict and communicating effectively. In this professional development series, you will have the opportunity to increase your knowledge and apply new skills on both individual and organizational levels to engage in authentic and difficult dialogue with others.
