Yale Schedules Conference on Presenting African American History to the General Public : The Journal of Blacks in Higher Education: "Yale University has announced that it will be holding an eight-day seminar this coming summer to explore methods for presenting African American history and culture to the broader public. The seminar will be hosted by Yale’s Gilder Lehrman Center for the Study of Slavery, Resistance and Abolition and the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture.
The seminar will be held on the Yale campus from July 22-29, 2012.
