CMHP Annual Meeting: Results and Resources - Connecticut Multicultural Health Partnership
On June 29th, the Connecticut Multicultural Health Partnership held its fourth annual meeting at Water’s Edge Resort and Spa in Westbrook, Connecticut. The theme of this year’s meeting was Health Equity for All: Awareness, Advocacy, Activism, and Accountability. The question was posed, How Will We Promote Health Equity As Individuals, Organizations and a Partnership?
The event brought together national experts on the promotion of health equity who shared their knowledge formally and informally through presentations, networking meetings and side bar conversations. Health Administrators from across the state of Connecticut attended the event and participated in the great exchange of information. Together and as individuals, members pledged to promote health equity.
