Racial and Ethnic Health Disparities | Connecticut Health Foundation: "In 2003, CT Health used both our grant-making and public policy investments to reduce racial and ethnic health disparities.
We provided the state NAACP with a $100,000 grant to develop an African American health report card for Connecticut. Simultaneously, CT Health created a panel—made up of community, business, nonprofit, and government leaders—to study public policy solutions that would start addressing health inequities statewide."
