NEW HAVEN – Save the date: Outreach Property Management is gearing up for its annual H.O.P.E. Community Festival & Housing Summit slated this year for August 13. President Roberta Hoskie knows it is the season of graduations, proms, weddings and vacations, so she is getting the word out early and recruiting vendors and sponsors.The “Housing Opportunity for People Everywhere” festivities begin outdoors at 1 p.m. at Outreach Property Management headquarters at the corner of 390 Whalley Ave. and Norton Street. Hoskie said there will be food, music, dancing with Alisa’s House of Salsa, a rock climbing wall, games and giveaways.
