Agape’s 18th annual Sacred Service Saturday on June 11th is your opportunity to put your spiritual practices of meditation and affirmative prayer into compassionate action, which is the whole point: opening the natural compassion of your own heart and extending it to others. Your involvement is not only a declaration that you are an intrinsic part of our spiritual community, it also is a realization of the aspect of the Agape vision that is an activation of the Beloved Community as expressed by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
As you read the descriptions of the diverse activities through which our various ministries contribute to the larger community, notice the areas of service to which your spirit spontaneously connects. This is divine guidance about where you are to offer your energy, talents, skills, and especially your love.
