CT docs to discuss health disparities | Hartford Business
The Connecticut State Medical Society will host a half-day summit Thursday at the State Capitol in Hartford to discuss its progress on a two-year campaign to raise physician awareness of health disparities that exist in Connecticut.
During the program, which will take place from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m., The Connecticut Health Foundation will also announce grant funding for a new physician initiative to reduce health disparities in the state.
