The Spanish American Merchants Association Pasaporte Computer Training Program 19th Class Graduation took place on Thursday, April 21, 2011. Julio Casiano, Frank Alvarado, Kim Healey, Migdalia  Castro, Joseph Rodriquez , Clay Williams, Norma Rodriguez-Reyes , Fernando Rosa and Senator Richard Blumenthal were on hand to congratulate the graduates.
