HARTFORD -- Health Justice CT released a statement this week announcing that Heang Tan has joined the initiative as project manager. Health Justice CT is an innovative initiative designed to use social media channels as the foundation for raising awareness about the issue of racial and ethnic disparities. The initiative is dedicated in creating a vital movement of Connecticut residents that work together to develop innovative solutions and ultimately achieve health justice for everyone in Connecticut. Now in its second year, the program is committed to deepening its roots and forging strong alliances with the public and other organizations throughout Connecticut. Tan will be responsible for program development and management, as well as awareness raising and online and offline community outreach.
