The Connecticut Health Foundation (CT Health), the state’s largest independent health philanthropy dedicated to improving lives by changing systems, is pleased to announce a call for applications for the 2011-2012 Health Leadership Fellows Program. CT Health accepts up to 20 participants into this competitive ten-month program each year.Please take the time to apply or to share this opportunity with colleagues who are dedicated to achieving health equity by leading the elimination of racial and ethnic health disparities in Connecticut.
