Roberta Hoskie Graham,President Outreach Property Management met fellow entrepreneur Russell Simmons this afternoon. Mr. Simmons spoke to Hillhouse High School Students and participated in a reception hosted by the Greater New Haven NAACP.
It was so refreshingly different from the mainstream rampant and decadent commercialism that the young people are being bombarded with and each young person received a copy of his latest book, SUPER RICH.
Mr. Simmons referenced the wisdom texts and spoke about what it really really means to be human and to love your fellow man and fellow woman with action and deed. As 10th,11th and 12th graders they were not used to hearing celebrities talk about the hard work of being an authentic and compassionate person who believes in the golden rule.
