Pranayama's primary function is to purify the nadis by channeling prana throughout the body. Come discover these powerful breathing techniques. We'll cover which pranayama is the most effective to perform at what certain time of day, how pranayama increases the flow of prana, and how it can impact your practice and your life. We'll practice Ujjayi, Sitali, Bhastrika, and Kapalabhati Pranayama, as well as explore the correct combination of breath and asana. 

What to bring: Something to sit on.
