Every Life is of equal value in God's sight, and I have hesitated to post photos on a regular basis of friends and fellows that have passed on for not wanting to omit someone, but to Alba and her family and the community every second is an opportunity to reflect upon the fragility of this journey called life and some events such as this passing remind us once again that our daily devotion to love and compassion must always be practiced, let's recommit better practicing being love athletes as the "coach " would want us to do
