Youth Resident Leadership Program
Goals and Topics:
The goal of the program is to empower and educate future community leaders. In order to accomplish this, we have enlisted the help of current community leaders, public speakers, politicians, businesspeople, and other experts. They will offer their knowledge and expertise to program participants in evening seminars, organized by topic (see below). These five topics are crucial areas for the development of skills that will help turn participants into effective, distinguished leaders. Classes will be organized in a way that best helps the participants to acquire these skills, which includes brief lectures, discussion, and related activities.
