Kevin P. Chavous is the Chair and Kenneth Campbell is the President of the Black Alliance for Educational Options (BAEO).  BAEO is a national, non-profit membership organization whose mission is to increase access to high-quality education options for Black children by actively supporting parental choice policies and programs that empower low-income and working-class Black families.
