BALTIMORE – January 13, 2011 – The American Cancer Society has presented Claudia R. Baquet, MD, MPH, professor, associate dean for Policy and Planning and director of the Center for Health Disparities at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, with its St. George National Award for her distinguished service to the community in support of the Society’s mission of saving lives from cancer.
