Health Justice CT to Host "TweetChat" to Discuss Health Disparities Experienced by Men of Color


HEALTH JUSTICE TWEET CHAT

On Tuesday, December 14, from 1:00pm to 2:00pm EST,Health Justice CT will host a free “TweetChat” to discuss what communities can do to help end health disparities among men of color. HealthJusticeCT is an innovative initiative designed to use social media channels as the foundation for raising awareness about the issue of racial and ethnic disparities and creating a vital movement of Connecticut residents dedicated to working together to develop innovative solutions and ultimately achieve health justice for everyone in Connecticut.
The “TweetChat,” an online discussion forum conducted on Twitter, will be moderated by Giovanni Rodriguez (@giorodriguez), social media expert and board member ofLatinos for Social Media (LatISM); and public health activist and commentator, Andre Blackman (@mindofandre).
