Skepticism is legitimate and sometimes rampant regarding the community policing powers of the black community. Is it an accurate hypothesis to assume that individual citizens, families, institutions and organizations can create an antidote to the public health disease of "violence?" Can we inoculate and wage a war for public health?
The Christian Community Commission and the brotherhood have not given up and neither should you.
