CHAKRAS

Chakras and Thoughts; How are They Related. By Alicia B.
Everyone has heard from countless sources the power of positive thinking and keeping a positive attitude can produce positive results. Well taking this well known position and applying it to Chakras is really the same. Our thoughts are very powerful and when we think, we are directly relating to our physical energy field and in particular to one or more chakras centers. Thus negative thinking blocks our chakras and causes us problems; psychologically, emotionally and physically.
What I have done in this article is explore common thought patterns and have related them to various chakras. Please allow this information to be a guide and not an absolute. It is quite common for thoughts to affect (simultaneously) various chakras, in fact, its probably rare that a single thought is only connected to one chakra. However for simplicity sake I have grouped them as such to allow the reader to become better acquainted with typical thought patterns and their effects upon particular chakras within the body.

One last thing before you begin. One of the best ways to get to get in touch with your thoughts is through mediation. Once you have gained this skill, relating it to various examples below should enable you to identify what areas of your life (chakra) you are currently focusing on to be healed.     Please note that I use the word “The Divine” to encompass all aspects of spiritual beliefs in a higher spiritual existence. Common names are God, Goddess, Allah, Buddha.......
