The New Haven Free Public Library, Board of Directors and Patrons Board and Library Staff welcomed City Librarian Christopher Korenowsky and celebrated Jim Welbourne's decade of service to the New Haven Library at a public reception held on Thursday, November 4, 2010 at the Ives Main Branch Library.
