Is there really that much of a difference when comparing a high school game, a college game and a pro game? Can you not enjoy yourself as much. Can we not celebrate our local schools and community athletes with the same fervor as
wearing and NFL Jerseys? Does the Meadowlands
deserve your money more than your local school system. If 5,000 residents attended a football game, could we hire or retain one more half time teacher? This is a period where we all must consider the crisis staring us all in the face. Can we deploy our consumer power in ways tantamount to one collective slam dunk to empower our youth by our caring presence, to contribute what we can to the public educational good,to enhance family entertainment options and to oh by the way create safe zones for all as well?
