There’s a growing movement of tough and tenacious educators working in high-poverty schools in every part of this country. These educators won’t give up, won’t give in, and won’t surrender the reins of change. Many of these committed educators gather annually at The Education Trust’s conference to share strategies, insights, innovations, and inspiration.
This year’s conference will be held November 4-6, at the Crystal City Gateway Marriott in Arlington, Va., just across the river from Washington, D.C.
Organized around honoring and learning from unusually high-performing and fast-gaining high-poverty and high-minority schools, the conference is packed full of sessions where participants learn from educators who have led schools to big gains in student performance and who can tell you exactly what it takes to achieve those gains
