Alderperson Marcus Paca & Friends presented a WARD 24 NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK PARTY on Sunday, September 19, 2010. All were invited and family and friends turned out to promote a strong community and kick-off the fall season of the Youth Reading Club and After-School Homework Club.
