Sharece Sellem, founder and artistic director of Artistik Xpressions, will appear in a new music video with R&B singer Faith Evans. The video, for Evans’ single “Gone Already,” will air the week of 9/12/10 on BET, VH1 and MTV .Sellem, a New Haven resident, is also the creator and teacher of I.M.A.G.E.S, (Inspirational. Movement. Gestures. Emotions. Silence), a mime-to-music program formed in the spring of 2010. She is also assists as a drama instructor at the Davis Street Arts and Academics Magnet School in New Haven, and her mime-to-music work was featured at this year’s Juneteenth Festival in Norwich, Connecticut and at the FLECHAS Puerto Rican Heritage Festival. Evans is a Grammy Award-winning artist whose Top 10 singles include “I’ll Be Missing You” and “Love Like This.” Her latest album, Something about Faith, is scheduled for release on October 5, 2010
