(editor's note)- Shortly before leaving the Urban Prosperity Cookout on Saturday,I asked Alderman Michael Smart to pose in the picture with Roberta Hoskie and others to introduce Michael to Roberta and to discuss the upcoming October Naacp's Economic Development Conference. How ironic that a few minutes following the introduction and photo taking, Michael would be confronted with one of the issues starkly illustrating the need for urban prosperity.
