VISION: The State of Black CT Alliance envisions a thriving CT that fully realizes the human potential of its Black citizens.
GUIDING PRINCIPLES: The State of Black CT Alliance was founded on the premise that communities,local, state and federal government can work together to improve and sustain the well being of CT's children, their family & community .
ACHIEVING RESULTS: Accountability measures need to be in place in every community within Connecticut to demonstrate equity in the capacity and commitment for achieving these results: Children Ready to Succeed in School & Reducing the Achievement Gap ~ Healthy Children ~ Safe and Supportive Communities ~ Strengthen Family ~ Economic and Financial Stability.
