NEW HAVEN — After a 45-minute “Loot Camp” workshop on the basics of banking and financial literacy, T’Leah Simon-Brock says she learned this important lesson: “Pay yourself first.”
Simon-Brock is among about 1,000 students enrolled in the city’s Youth@Work employment program.
