http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=211838&id=585698688&l=933afb3dc1The Annual Male Youth Conference sponsored by Alpha Kappa Alpha and Alpha Phi Alpha was held on Saturday May 15, 2010 at Hillhouse HIgh School. Workshops pertaining to "Driving While Black", Interpersonal Relationships , Money Management ,Fatherhood and Planning for the Future were held. Vigorous discussions took place. This is a good thing. Our young men are seeking answers. They have formed opinions about life much earlier than previous generations and we hear all to often the frequent lament about the generation gap. I would term it rather the communication opportunity. Congrats to the fraternity and sorority members present, organizers and sponsors for seizing this strategic community opportunity in connecting and sharing.We can do no less.
