BETHEL AFRICAN METHODIST EPISCOPAL CHURCH-SEVEN LAST WORDS

What a remarkable event took place on Good Friday at the Bethel AMEZ Church , located at 255 Goffe St in New Haven, CT. Under the stewardship of Rev. Dr. Joseph Hooper, the The Seven Last Words- Good Friday Evening Service was held. Ministers, praise dancers, choirs and the congregation blended and shared their attention, consciousness and devotions resulting in a grand time for all. The pathos, drama and hope intention is well known in this specific Christian narrative. Whether due to repetition or habit the experience is well known and widely shared. But each moment of remembrance can take on a newly inspired quality. A fervent salute to Bethel in reminding those present in a victorious fashion that the essence of living and living more abundantly is always present.
