CARE Community Dialogues 2010
Please join us as we share the results from our community health surveys, conducted in six New Haven neighborhoods during the Fall of 2009. Over the next few years, we will bring these results to action—with the goal of making New Haven the healthiest city. Help to improve health in your neighborhood and New Haven!
