The Nobles & Daughters of Arabic along with Robert "Two Pound" Fluitt celebrated Valentine's Day and Robert's birthday on Sunday, February 14, 2010 at the Community Outreach Center.Music was provided by Big Moe (Drawz) and the air of celebration was in the house. There is sometimes the often mentioned question of can we party with a purpose or should we just party. Sometimes that question evades the issue. The real question is are we just living or living with a purpose 24-7.The Noble @ Daughters of Arabic have an ancient lineage and as we celebrate in February Black History Month, Valentines Day, annual personal solar return days,President's Days, Frederick Douglas' birthday, and the assassination of El Hajj Malik El Shabazz (Malcom X) we are reminded of the complex tapestry of life.Life can be a party of joy and sharing and perhaps "parties" are to remind us of this purpose!
