CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF THE AWARDEES AT THE CARROLL E. BROWN ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP COMMUNITY AWARDS DINNER
What does it mean to keep a tradition alive? Sometimes it means unbridled passion, blind diligence and fanatical faith. Perhaps I exaggerate, but look around you. The corpses of defeated dreams, abandoned hopes, foreclosed initiatives surround us. Each year the Carrolle E. Browm Annual Scholarship and Community Awards Dinner replenishes a stressed ecosystem. These are the not the best of times for many. The perseverance to sustain not to mention thrive is often in dwindling supply. We need more than ever these structural reminders that yes we can "Pass It ON" as the dinner theme urged. Yes we must "Pass it ON. Yes , we will Pass It On !
