While State Dithers, He Takes On Tobacco

Kenneth Driffin’s not waiting for the state government to try to save lives on the streets of the Hill from the evils of the noxious weed.
Driffin, a social worker, said he hates tobacco and the havoc it wreaks on people’s lives, especially young people in his neighborhood and among the homeless people he helps.
