Day Two March 4: Morning Meditation and Kemetic Yoga Practice, Afternoon Beach excursion: Lecture: African Origins of Yoga
Day Three March 5: All dayYoga practice at Cranbrook Botanical Gardens. Includes nature tour and swim in waterfall.
Day Four March 6: All Day Yoga Practice at Shaw Park Botanical Garden
Day Five March 7:
Visit to Fire Water Healing Spa, Kemetic Yoga Practice
Day Six March 8: Kemetic Yoga practice, Clay Bath
Day Seven March 9: Morning Meditation and Kemetic Yoga Practice, Stress Management Training, The Business of Yoga, Graduation and End of Retreat Celebration and Dinner
Day Eight March 10: Morning Meditation, Transport to Airport, Departure
