Higher Heights Youth Empowerment Programs, Inc founded in 2004 provides enriching and life changing post secondary opportunities to local youth ages 14-18 initially in the Greater New Haven area, but as well to over now 200 students and parents throughout New Haven and Fairfield counties. The 5th Anniversary Gala " Celebrating 5 years of Success. took place on Saturday, November 14, 2009 at the Laurel View Country Club. Congratulations to all who came out to testify by their presence to a vital community asset and here's a salute to founder Chaka Felder-McEntire and her volunteer support team for remaining diligent and devoted.
