2009 H.O.P.E. Community Festival and Housing Summit

The 2009 H.O.P.E. Community Festival and Housing Summit will be held on Saturday July 11th from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Whalley Avenue in New Haven. This event is being held because the City's foreclosure epidemic not only effect the property owners but has a tremedous effect on the tenants that occupy the foreclosed property. Tenants are the ones who are being served with the Noticeto Quit papers by surprise. The festival and summit will be held to shift the focus off the property owners onto the tenants.
