The VARICK MEMORIAL A.M.E. ZION 190TH ANNUAL CELEBRATION ANNUAL REVIVAL began began on Sunday November 9, 2008 with a "Hats and Bowties Day" commemorating 190 years of Spiritual and religious growth, with the men wearing bowties and hats adorning the ladies.

On Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday, November 10th,11th and 12th at 7:00 pm
The Rev.Lester A. McCorn will lead the revival services.

On Thursday November 13th Sister Cantaloupe, Religious Comic, will appear in performance at the Hillhouse High School Auditorium at 7pm

On Friday, November 14th, Rudy Currence, Soulful Jazz and R @ B Musiciam will perform at Hillhouse High School at 7 pm

On Saturday,November 15th at 7 pm Kingdom Life Church,1455 Naugatuck Avenue,Milford, CT
